Regional Sales Director
Home based – London Field Sales
Up to £60K basic plus excellent commission structure and company car

My client are a successful and independent motor finance lender who have seen rapid growth over the last 18 months. They are now looking to open a new Region within the business and are looking for a Regional Sales Director to assist them with this expansion! The role will cover the whole of London and will have 4 direct reports – Area Sales Managers. This role will have an enormous impact on the company’s progression and plans for future growth and it will offer the autonomy to manage your Region effectively.

The role:
You will be responsible for a team of Area Sales Managers (ASM) and their dealerships, any broker and introducer relationships within that region and the quantity and quality of business produced by those partners. I am keen to speak with candidates that have already proven skills within the motor finance industry and ideally a good network and pool of connections that you will be able to bring on board to the client.

Skills and Experience:
• Strong awareness of the industry sector and regulations.
• Extensive field sales experience in the financial services sector.
• Experience of managing a large geographic area.
• An excellent understanding of the motor finance sector, and can hit the ground running.
• Ability to identify the right sales approach for each business partner.
• Knowledge of TCF.
• Ability to understand and comply with documented processes and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
