We're looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join our growing team in Sundridge.

Our Customer Service team is an integral part of our business. The Customer Service team ensures timely and accurate administration of the company’s loan products, including direct liaison with introducers and customers on the telephone and by written correspondence, ensuring accuracy at all times and that the company’s processes and procedures are followed.

Day to day responsibilities:
* Payout deals to policy and mandate
* Check agreements received from Dealers for accuracy and completeness
* Confirm underwriting conditions have been met
* Printing of letters and management of the post
* Manage, Park, and release/snagged deals
* Completion of courtesy calls as required
* Keep electronic and paper filing in order at all times
* To keep up-to-date with the company’s products
* To represent the company in a professional and confidential manner at all times
* To pay due care and attention to your own and others’ health and safety at all times.

Skills and experience:
* Experience of working in a team in an office environment
* Experience of liaising directly with a customer on the telephone
* Previous office based Customer Service Experience – Preferably in financial sector
* Knowledge of TCF
* Ability to understand and comply with documented processes and procedures
* Excellent verbal and written communication

Qualifications
* Good educational background with proficiency demonstrable in Maths and English
* Computer Literate, including MS office products and Email

Additional information
* Permanent / 37.5 hours a week
* Must be able to reliably commute to office
* Shift working based on 8-8 Weekdays and 10-6 Saturdays and Sundays (one per month)
