Q are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work for a leading Retail/Telecoms group in a contact centre in Loughborough.

Role: Customer Service Advisor
Rate: £7.50 per hour
Hours: 36.5 - shift patterns 9-5 AND evening shifts available
Contact: 3 months
Start: October

Knowledge required:
• Possess the necessary listening and communication skills required to resolve customer queries in a timely manner
• Have an ability to overcome objections
• Self-Motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
• Flexible and resilient
• To remain calm, objective and professional at all times
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers using an excellent verbal and written manner

As a Customer Service Advisor you will provide first time resolution to customer queries in an effective, efficient and courteous manner.

Provide guidance and support on a range of company products and services within a contact centre environment.

To handle all customer contact including but not limited to, service calls, order fulfilment calls and written and e-mail correspondence.
