IQ Talent Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our key IT clients to support with the recruitment of an interim Marketing Communications Executive to be based out of their London offices

The Role
- Support of the pan-EMEA demand generation programme, build awareness for and support the sale of internal offerings throughout the full buyer journey by generating engaging content, evaluating and identifying the best formats and marketing channels/tools

Duties & Responsibilities

* Creation of integrated online & offline marketing communications content and collateral, for use by local in-country operating companies across EMEA:

Content Marketing/Marketing Automation
Most effective ways of communicating with target markets.
Creation of online & offline sales and marketing communications

* Developing messaging hierarchy - ensuring consistency across business lines
* Ensuring content usage is maximised by deconstructing and repurposing for use across a variety of channels and media
* Managing agencies: briefing and managing delivery of projects to time and within budget.
* Ensure that content has the maximum buy-in and up-take across the region.
* Responsible for collecting submissions for and creation of case studies/ success stories and white papers.
* Co-ordinate copy translation through translation (internal or external) agencies.
* Monitor the market to bring ideas on the latest communication methods in marketing products / solutions.
* Monitor and report on competitor communications.
* Working with PR, develop and drive social media strategy that supports demand generation activities
* Drive online tactics in support of demand generation activities
* Drive for tangible and measurable results (e.g. new revenue streams, higher efficiency, faster time to market, increase in reach, awareness and conversion)
* Take part-ownership of a content programme that ensures all corporate website content is performance monitored and measured against key KPIs. Have a mechanism in place to proactively commission enhancements targeting non-performing content

Skills & Experience

* Proactive and dynamic individual with excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal).
* Digital Marketing: Experience with email, mobile, web and other digital media, including marketing campaign best practices;
* Experience in delivering integrated online and offline content.
* Customer focused - able to take information and translate it into customer driven benefits, with effective internal and external communication messages
* Candidates will ideally be a well-rounded background that includes digital marketing planning, marketing workflows; and behavioural marketing principles;
* Use of Multimedia marketing tools is an advantage.
* Data analysis and presentation skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications/Media or CIM qualification is an advantage.
* Second European language is an advantage
