Onsite Recruitment Business Partner
West London
3 month initial contract
£200 to £250 per day

IQ Talent Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our key clients to support with the recruitment of a Recruitment Business Partner to be based on-site out of their West London head offices

This role is an initial 3 month contract and would suit candidates who have generalist recruitment experience across a range of sectors and are experience in recruiting both permanent and contract roles. You’ll be responsible for delivering bespoke recruitment solutions to ensure that the most relevant, high quality internal and external candidates are identified and selected for current and future roles

Duties & Responsibilities
• Sourcing candidates from a range of avenues to ensure a comprehensive range of high quality candidates are available for current and upcoming vacancies
• Qualify and deliver candidates for assessment and selection against a specific functional brief, within agreed timelines
• Undertake research as directed to build and maintain market maps, segmenting companies and functions to build an overview of potential talent; engage with passive candidates as necessary to augment talent pools; build active networks, referrals and speculative applications from key talent groups
• Develop and deliver the functional end to end direct sourcing strategy for a defined client group and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders
• Work in partnership with HRBPs and line managers; develop and maintain effective resourcing ‘account plans’ to meet current and future resourcing needs for defined functional business area
• Develop and promote the employer brand using innovative marketing and advertising methods to promote the organisation as an employer of choice
• Deliver consistently against agreed resourcing metrics and SLAs; identify key trends and opportunities to improve attraction and selection methods
• Support continuous improvement projects to improve service levels and key recruitment metrics
• Provide market insight and intelligence to evolve and shape the resourcing plan for a defined client group and contribute to the strategic objectives for the wider business

Skills & Experience
• Candidates will have proven previous experience in a similar role with on-site or internal recruitment and resourcing experience a distinct advantage
• Excellent knowledge and experience of utilising recruitment systems and technologies in support of operational delivery
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to engage with and influence a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders; concise, logical and impactful communicator across media platforms
• Good knowledge of current resourcing best practice through regular market research of resourcing functions in other organisations, across industry sectors
