IQ Talent Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our most prestigious clients who are an industry leader in the technology sector, supporting them with the recruitment of a Administrator for their Billings and Contracts department to join their thriving team in Northampton

The role is a permanent position and ideal candidates will have a strong administrative background:

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Dealing with invoice discrepancy and undertaking supplier reconciliations
* Collation of information, reconciliation and creation of customer invoices
* Dealing with customer and business queries relating to invoices and problem solving.
* Posting invoices and credits to finance system.
* Maintaining a high level of accuracy and working to strict deadlines.
* Responsible for processing a high volume of Accounts Payable invoices
* Offering a high level of administration and customer service

Experience & Skills:

* Acute attention to detail and strong numerate skills in order to work alongside the sales and finance management team.
* The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent administration and customer service skills and the ability to work well with others is essential
* IT literate, previous knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle system
