InterQuest Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our key IT clients to support with the recruitment of an interim Marketing Communications Manager to be based out of their London offices

The Role

•To maintain and evolve a top class Marketing Communications (on-line and off-line) discipline that influences and directly contributes to the financial performance and Marketing's ROI and ROO.
•To elevate Marketing Communication's internal presence by building and managing efficient operations processes and European marketing standards.
•To enable Marketing Communication's success through strong cross-functional & cross-border team performance; as well as the measurement of clear KPIs and transformational activities

Duties & Responsibilities

•Develop Marketing Communications (online & off-line) strategies to promote visibility of the client's offerings in different vertical and geographic markets, setting up to successfully meet aggressive lead generation targets both with existing customers and zero-based accounts.
•Manages the annual and intra-year strategic planning for all marketing communication programs.
•Translates businesses / marketing plans into targeted marketing communication plans that supports lead and revenue generation
•Drive efficiency projects - both from a business process point of view and from where marketing can use technology to promote better delivery of communications and serve client needs
•Further evolve the content marketing discipline within the company establishing customer-centric content & omni-channel campaigns which span across multiple lines of business
•Directs staff and agencies to execute against plans, ensuring high quality, results against objectives, and effective cost and resource management.
•Implements management information system to track goals & objectives enhance and benchmark best practice.
•Create and maintain operating and engaging model with other parts of the organisation, including country teams and other regions across the Corporate Marketing Function.
•Manages within approved budget, and requests variances as needed in line with strategic plan and a definable return on investment against a company goal or objective

Skills & Experience

•Ideal candidates will have at least 5-10 years of Marketing Communication experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role
•You will have a high degree of comfort with technology and a solid track record of delivering results
•Previous expereince of Web-insight experience and Marketing automation experience would be an advantage
•Candidates will previously have demonstrated success architecting and leading cross-company discipline initiatives and teams
•Previous experience of strategic business planning and budget management will be a distinct advantage
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network within the company will be a bonus
•Any language skills and abilities will be preferable
