InterQuest Solutions are excited to be working with one of our key Hospitality clients supporting with the recruitment of HR Change Manger to join their team on a contract basis to support their HR Transformation project.

Responsibilities:
• Get up to speed with current organization, key roles to understand upcoming changes and implications
• HR support required for communications and engagement with employees for kick off of project
• Complete role charters and banding exercise for new organization, including elements of design and evaluation of roles.
• Ensure KPO’s are relevant, consistent and drive the right behaviours.
• Ensure comp structures match the new organisation and arrange comp review where appropriate.
• Connect business with global sales and Global Reward to create/align on key sales incentives plans linked to KPO’s
• Develop selection criteria and map current talent to roles
• People selection and transition (including UK consultation and understanding of Continental Europe Processes)
• Complete documentation, letters and communications with individuals.
• Support in information sessions, individual discussions, meetings etc
• System Changes - ensure all system changes, line manager reporting and structure changes are captured and reflected correctly in My HR (working with other HR teams)
Skills and Experience required:
• Degreed educated is Ideal however it is also essential that to have HR Qualification
• Experience of Managing and supporting HR International HR transformation piece from a HR Manager/ HR BP Capacity
• Experience of using relevant HR Systems
• Experience of managing full transformation piece from conception through to implementation
• Progressive work-related experience in marketing and/or hotel operations and/or a related hospitality field
• Strong consultative skills and demonstrated ability to achieve corporate business objectives across functional boundaries
• Strong negotiator and able to influence those outside own team
• Experience with software, e.g MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel
• Experience managing teams in a leadership capacity and working in a team environment
• Works well under stress and has the ability to manage projects in an environment with tight deadlines
