InterQuest Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our successful and high profile hospitality clients to support with the recruitment of an L&D Project manager for a 6 month contract.
The role ensures the successful implementation of learning interventions/curriculum to support 2X, across our client audiences.
This individual is responsible for liaising across various teams and utilizing project management discipline to implement learning solutions and learning plans, which involves balancing competing demands among scope, time, cost, and quality, stakeholders with differing needs and expectations.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the learning journey in support of 2X i.e. – for the secondary wave of process learning, working with multiple stakeholders that include the Business Change Leads, HRBPs and Process Design and Learning Teams.
• Work collaboratively with third party vendors & internal stakeholders to agree content, audiences & “landing” of learning solutions
• Develop an end to end learning plan and provide direction to multiple workstreams in terms of bringing that learning plan to life
• Provide guidance on key components of the learning plan to different workstreams. This includes change impact assessments, learning needs assessment, learning content development, delivery and evaluation. While the workstreams will be responsible for conducting these activities, the learning delivery consultant will provide overall guidance on tools, templates, methodologies, key tasks and overall coordination
• Consolidate inputs from different workstreams as required within the end to end learning plan
• Work with work-streams to develop and end-to end learning schedule, whilst considering constraints, dependencies and overlaps in stakeholders
• Adopt appropriate quality procedures to ensure smooth organization of learning delivery
• Manage ‘learning project’ communications regarding progress and issues with external stakeholders
• Manage the central availability of learning content as it gets finalised
• Coordinate the issuance of post learning evaluation survey, consolidate analyse and report on feedback
• Monitor and guide the work associated with relevant work streams.
• Develop and deliver project status updates as needed
• Develop and deliver presentation material to various levels of stakeholders including E.C; WBO; Project Sponsor; Programme Manager
• Align with overall central programme plan for the learning workstream to ensure overall programme milestones are achieved


Skills and Experience:
• Experience project management experience responsible for managing, cross-divisional, cross-functional projects with numerous stakeholders
• Progressive work-related experience in marketing and/or hotel operations and/or a related hospitality field
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree (or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience)
• Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing projects from conception through implementation
• Completed a project management training program
• Strong consultative skills and demonstrated ability to achieve corporate business objectives across functional boundaries
• Strong negotiator and able to influence those outside own team
• Ability to lead a team in a matrix environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
• Must possess strong communication skills, written and verbal; articulate, persuasive & influential; systematic and timely. Will be responsible for developing presentations to senior leaders. Ability to maintain confidential data required
• Experience with software, e.g MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel
• Experience managing teams in a leadership capacity and working in a team environment.
• Works well under stress and has the ability to manage projects in an environment with tight deadlines
