£35,000 DOE

You will be based in a modern and sociable complex, offering an onsite gym and costa coffee, working closely with a large team of digital and creative experts who will assist you in the development of your skills and career.

Role Overview:
You will join our client in a newly formed position as their CRM Manager, taking ownership of one of the Group’s brands. Through this position, you will take possession of the CRM function from planning to delivering strategies across a range of products. You will collate MI reports, create A/B testing plans and provide insight and suggestions on enhancing data usage. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, coupled with high attention to detail and a data driven mindset. You will have the opportunity to grow your own team and will work at a strategic level through to hands on implementation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail is imperative
• Sector is not essential but finance would be desirable
• Adobe Campaign experience is highly desirable but training will be provided
• 2 years minimum experience in a CRM position
• Experience working in a hands on position, not just purely strategic or account management
• Previous management experience would be ideal but not essential. Our client are looking for candidates who show strong leadership capabilities and the drive to develop these skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment across a variety of campaigns
• Highly data and process driven
• Strong reporting and analysis skills -experience using analytics tools (GA or others)
• Ideally worked at a strategic level but these skills can be developed if you have a strong CRM background
• Email marketing
• Date profiling experience and data flow
• Ability to identify and target specific audiences
• Ability to engage directly with the customer and product
• Strong content marketing skills
• Experience using CRM platforms
• Ability to train executives and new recruits
