InterQuest Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our most successful asset management clients who are a recognised leader, supporting them with the recruitment of a German speaking PA.
This is a permanent role which will see the successful candidate providing comprehensive PA, Secretarial and Administrative support to the internal German team and German speaking clients.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in a similar PA role, working with senior stakeholders preferably with previous experience of working within an asset management organisation or financially regulated environment and will be fluent in German and English.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Managing the coordination of European travel including expense and invoice processing
• Diary management including arranging/confirming external meetings with German speaking clients/prospects/consultants as well as internal meetings
• Acting as the first point of contact for client calls and queries, ensuring client matters are dealt with promptly and are escalated to the correct team member
• Coordinating Internet research projects e.g. collecting information about prospects as background information and downloading research/seminar documents from German websites
• Proofreading German documents/presentations
• Assisting Business Development entity owners in saving meetings/conference call notes in Salesforce
• Organising and preparing pitch books whilst managing any incoming post/mail
• Writing the meeting protocol for on behalf of business development directors
• Set up conference calls and video conferences, in both the UK and Germany
• Liaising with the internal teams and stakeholders ahead of pre- and client meetings, supporting any needs and acting as a key point of contact
• Translating, sourcing correct performance, writing executive summary

Skills & Experience
• Ideal candidates will have previous experience of working in a similar PA role, alongside senior stakeholders and ideally within an asset management or regulatory financial background
• Fluency, both spoken and written in German and English
• A familiarity of German business culture would be a distinct advantage
• Able to work proactively to accommodate a varied schedule and coordination internationally
• Well-developed communications skills and excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation
• Proficient user of key software packages; e.g. Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Salesforce and initiative to stay current with and improve relevant IT skills required to meet the needs of the business
• Self-motivated and professional manner, able to demonstrate a confident and calm demeanor and capable of supporting and interacting with colleagues at all levels
• Act as a liaison between any external or internal executives, managers, and consultants
