InterQuest Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our most successful investment management clients supporting them with the recruitment of a Senior Transfer & Oversight Agent. The purpose of the role is to oversee the quality and timeliness of TPAs to ensure that they are performing to the agreed SLAs and KPIs, and are offering excellent client service to our Distribution Partners and their clients.

This role is a fixed term contract for 10 months but could be extended

Duties & Responsibilities
• To act as point of contact for any technical or BAU issues, sign off authorisation and query resolution.
• Complete the day to day operational activities under Fund Services remit. Ensure all activities are completed to the required standard within agreed timescales, adhering to regulatory and procedural guidelines. Work with TPAs, service providers, internal stakeholders & local offices to ensure excellent service is maintained.
• Monitor the overall performance against targets (SLAs and KPIs), standards and deadlines and ensure remedial action or escalation is taken as required.
• Participate in Service Review meetings to ensure regulatory breaches, SLA breaches and service quality issues are addressed (with working examples where applicable) and are resolved.
• Provide support, escalation route when necessary to manage and resolve any queries received from TPAs and our internal business partners
• Liaising with TPAs and active participation on internal Project teams for product developments and business requirements.
• Ensure that all Dub/Lux regulatory returns and/or statistics are completed and submitted within the approved timescales

Skills & Responsibilities
• Ideal candidates will have a minimum if six months Transfer Agent experience or a similar role
• Experience of monitoring systems, processes and service standards an advantage
• Proven in-depth knowledge of ISA & ICVC regulations would be a distinct advantage
• A relevant business or IAQ qualification would be highly desirable
• Proficient in the use of PC software including Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• Strong relationship building skills with varying levels and external clients, with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail, while appreciating the bigger picture
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise own workload
