InterQuest Solutions are proud to be working with one of our key clients to support them with the recruitment of an interim Programme Manager specially to support the HR team across an internal transformation project

The role is initially for 6 months and will suit candidates who have proven experience of implementing HR operating models and preferably a background in both in-house and consultancy experience in a similar role

Duties & Responsibilities
• Establish a detailed integrated programme plan for the HR Transformation (appropriate project management tools & expertise)
• Creating and implementing Target Operating Models
• Identify internal and external stakeholder map – stakeholder content strategy and programme governance
• Work with each work-stream lead to flesh out detailed plan of action, required resources and interdependencies with other work-streams to enable overall programme to deliver to plan
• Ensure programme is budgeted, and that costs are managed to budget (required resources are costed)
• Plan for changes across organisation, process, technology, ways of working, governance, measures and KPI’s, capability etc
• Facilitate solutions to gaps, issues, differences of opinion and to mitigate risks
• Ensure that the final operating model, service standards and E2E process recommendations are joined up, and grounded in external best practice

Skills & Experience
• Ideal candidates will have proven experience of implementing HR operating models and preferably a background in both in-house and consultancy experience
• Candidates will have a solid background in Programme Management ideally within HR; and have delivered similar transformation programmes previously
• You will be able to manage stakeholders effectively and work to s set timescale, plan and budget
• Accustomed to working with senior stakeholders and being accountable to the wider business
• Previous project management experience with a relevant qualification a distinct advantage
