Call Administrator

InterQuest Solutions are working on behalf of their client, a renowned telecommunications company based in Sheffield, looking for a Call administrator to join their team
*This role will be 6 weeks potentially more *
Job duties:
• Record all call listening reviews accurately and within timelines
• Time and priority workload management
• Ad-hoc tasks as allocated by Quality and Change Control Manager

Essential skills:
• Able to adapt to change in a fast paced environment
• Excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English language
• Good Excel knowledge
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Organised and structured approach to work
• Excellent listening skills
• Able to commit to a minimum of 6 weeks
