German Speaking Personal Assistant/Team Admin

£200-£300 P/D

InterQuest Group are currently recruiting on behalf of their award winning Asset Management client for a Personal Assistant to join their Team. The role is to support the Multi Asset and Specialist Equities teams.
Role accountabilities:
• Extensive diary management for heads of departments and key members of the teams
• Dealing with meeting and call requests across global time zones, prioritising and resolving conflicting appointments
• Production and distribution of monthly and weekly meeting papers involving collating papers from different teams and extracting information from various sources
• Regular management information reporting and analysis using Excel spreadsheets
• Coordinating travel arrangements
• Expenses and invoicing
• Minute taking
• Updating and maintenance of records e.g. for regulatory and compliance purposes
• Administrative support for team of teams and Ad hoc admin duties such as printing, scanning, subscriptions etc.
• Providing assistance with ad hoc projects
• Working with and providing cover for the Active Management admin team for periods of holiday, sickness and absence as and when required
• Please note this list is not exhaustive and you will be required to undertake further tasks in order to ensure business needs are met

Knowledge, skills and behaviours required:
• Fluent German speaker
• Extensive experience of working as a Personal Assistant or Team Assistant in Financial services
• Able to support a number of people within the CSG team but also on a 1:1 basis if needed
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills, proven ability to multi task and prioritise
• Ability to work under pressure and with conflicting priorities
• Proactive and flexible approach
• Strong systems skills to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Dependable, solid and efficient
• Operates with professionalism, honesty and integrity at all times
