Team Assistant

6 months initially (could be up to 12months)
£150-£200 per day

InterQuest Group are currently recruiting on behalf of their award winning Asset Management client for a Team Assistant to join their Team. The role is to provide administrative and secretarial support
Role accountabilities:
• Extensive diary management
• Extensive maintenance of client management database (Salesforce)
• Ensuring meeting packs are prepared, proactively managing process and time scales
• Worldwide travel booking
• First point of contact for a range of external and internal contacts including key clients
• Expenses
• Reporting and analysis (majority using Excel spreadsheets) - Creating, amending and updating
• General administration
• Please note this list is not exhaustive and you will be required to undertake further tasks in order to ensure business needs are met including; travel advice, providing stationery, printing

Knowledge, skills and behaviours required:

• Experience of working as a Team Assistant, preferably in a similar environment
• A ‘yes’ and ‘can do’ attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills, proven ability to multi task and prioritise
• Ability to work under pressure and with conflicting priorities
• Proactive and flexible approach
• Operates with professionalism, honesty and integrity at all times
• Strong systems skills to include Word, Excel (sorting data), Salesforce (training given for Salesforce) & PowerPoint
• Dependable, solid and efficient
