InterQuest group are recruiting on behalf of one of a prestigious investment management Client for a Benefits operation Manger based in their Henley Office.

Responsibilities:
? Oversee the ongoing operations/processing of benefits and ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the benefits database is maintained; this includes working closely with Payroll.
• Lead the ongoing operations/processing for the EMEA, UK and India as it relates to insurance, pension, wellness and miscellaneous benefit plans/schemes
• Ensure benefit records and documentation necessary for implementing and processing benefits are accurately maintained by the team.
• Act as the liaison between Benefits and Payroll to ensure all files, reports and data are properly recorded, loaded, reconciled, audited and managed.
• Assist with vendor management and plan design recommendations.
• Ensure the timely, accurate response to employee/HR queries; track issues to determine trends or if the issue is more global in nature.
• Conduct analysis to review and monitor the costs for benefits so budgets can be met or justified to the Benefits Manager; review vendor invoices for accuracy and processing.

Skills & Experience:
? Few years benefits experience; ideal candidate possesses EMEA benefits experience.
? Strong working knowledge of health and benefit plan databases.
? Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
? Experience with PeopleSoft and/or Oracle preferred.
? Ideally degree educated
? Profession level verbal and written communication skills required to effectively convey plan provisions and issues to business units and third party-providers.
? Strong problem solving and attention to details/processes.
? Organizational and priority skills necessary to oversee and administer various projects, systems, countries and deadlines.
? Ability to analyze data and summarize findings in a concise and meaningful manner.
