ECOM are proud to be working with a growing international firm with their Head office in Manchester City Centre. They are a B2B organisation and are looking for an experienced and driven Head of Marketing to drive growth and support their continued success.

You will be responsible for developing and leading a marketing plan for the UK and international offices including - hands on implementation, reporting and analysis. Utilising multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve a high ROI. If desired, you will have the opportunity to travel to other offices (including the US).

• Report to the Directors within the business
• Develop a marketing plan for the business both for the UK and internationally
• Create leads for the business
• Work closely with two junior designers
• Working with the wider business to support business and customer needs
• Manage an international and UK team
• Provide targets and KPI’s for the team and wider business in regard to lead generation – coupled with high delivery
• Support the writing of articles and oversee the production of materials – driving the thought leadership
• Use marketing automation tools to welcome and retain customers
• Maintenance of company blog / website
• Manging on and offline marketing campaigns
• Managing events and PR
• Manage digital marketing from strategic level through to implementation, reporting and analysis – SEO, PPC, social media
• Brand management and awareness

The perfect candidate:
• B2B
• Experience in lead generation
• Strong management and leadership experience
• Background in IT/software / sales industry / solutions or something related (essential)
• Global background would be beneficial
• Experience working with PPC, SEO and social media - from a strategic point and hands on
• Very hands on all rounder
• Experience working with Sales teams (as this role also generates leads)
• Worked at a strategic level, where you have been completely responsible for marketing budgets and campaigns.
• Experience in growing a marketing team
• Someone who has been responsible for structure, vision and targets (complete ownership)
• Influencer
• Excellent content writing skills
• You will thrive on building strong relationships with all stakeholders, particularly the sales team, delivering outstanding results, and be driven to build this area of the business.
