InterQuest Solutions are delighted to be recruiting for a Portfolio Coordinator for one of our most successful clients. Working for an industry leader you will be on-site at their Head Office working on large-scale companywide programmes and projects

Duties & Responsibilities
•Support the development and maintenance of weekly/monthly portfolio status and financial reporting
•Support the portfolio’s prioritisation process to determine which projects to add to the portfolio on a regular basis
•Support the Portfolio Manager in managing, reporting and governing the portfolio. Including administration of the purchase order process and resource time tracking.
•Support the weekly and monthly execution of the portfolio governance framework to ensure that all projects are reporting and forecasting their project status and finances, risks and issues with accuracy and rigour
•Support demand planning by tracking current and future demand and supply of resources
•Work collaboratively with Finance to ensure there is independent and transparent reporting and forecast of delivery financials
•Effectively report and communicate progress in delivering the portfolio of product and client delivery to senior stakeholders
•Responsible for JIRA user, project and workflow administration for the delivery teams

Skills & Experience
•Excellent communication skills and a highly resilient individual
•Understanding of Atlassian suite, JIRA and Confluence
•Proven programme governance, Portfolio management and Financial management experience
•Proven data modelling and analysis, change management and project management knowledge and skills
•Decision making based on analytical insight and experience
