InterQuest Solutions are delighted to be working with one of their key clients, a leader in the hospitality and travel sector to support with the recruitment of a Resourcing Coordinator to be based in their head office in the Uxbridge area

Role Summary
This position is a wide-ranging role where you will work with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on varied recruitment projects. You will be involved in the documenting of selection material, providing resourcing administration and co-ordination and assisting in the management of recruitment campaigns promoting the Company brand.
Your remit will include creating requisitions, designing recruitment templates, creating candidate pipelines, coordinating assessment centres and candidate relationship management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Co-ordinate end to end recruitment process, including writing job adverts, advertising roles, assisting with CV screening, offer management and feedback, always ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to offer/decline
• Maintain applicant tracking database (Taleo), by documenting all candidate activities in Taleo, the applicant tracking system
• Design content for digital marketing campaigns, micro-site’s and external sources
• Utilise computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, media, recruiting firms, employee referrals, and job fairs to identify the best talent
• Assist in the Preparation, project management and co-ordination of assessment centres
• Collate and manage management information and reporting statistics
• Research and organise relevant networking events promoting the company brand to new audiences

Skills & Experience
• At least 1 years’ experience of administering a recruitment process, with proven ability to document, track and record processes with highly attuned attention to detail.
• A background and knowledge of recruiting a variety of head office roles
• Experience of social media, marketing recruitment techniques
• First class candidate management skills
• Proven success in using direct sourcing methods
• Experienced in working with a resourcing system (ATS) and working knowledge of Taleo or other ATS systems advantageous
• Demonstrable experience within a similarly global dynamic, commercially focused environment is preferred (e.g. Hospitality, Travel, Retail, TMT, FMCG)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders essential
• High attention to detail, particularly when under pressure and managing competing priorities
• Demonstrable initiative, with a passion for thinking creatively to solve problems
