Duties & Responsibilities:

? Analyse and validate customer revenue/billing to ensure product and pricing is in line with the agreed terms with the customer.
? Actively liaise with the billing team to ensure timely issuing of invoices to the customer as per the agreed contractual terms and to expedite customer invoicing related queries.
? Produce monthly, quarterly and any other ad-hoc management reports for both internal (within business) and external (customers) users for their review. These could be, but are not limited to, Customer spend reports for both actual and forecast spend, monthly/quarterly cost accruals (as per usage), AR aging reports, customer statement of accounts reports, etc.
? Involvement with credit management – where applicable, actively liaise with the credit control team and customer to ensure timely settlement of outstanding customer balances.
? Responsible for the maintenance of the contract financial files to ensure effective governance is achieved.
? Build relationships both internally (within the business with concerned teams) and externally (with customer teams) to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer queries.
? Any other tasks which are necessary for the effective delivery of customer contracts.

Skills & Experience

? Strong analytical skills, ability to understand large data and convert it into meaningful information for the users.
? Strong numerate and literate approach
? Strong and proven prioritisation, organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines would be an advantage.
? Excellent business partnering and presentation skills to build relationships with stakeholders both within the business and externally with the customers.
? An excellent track record of successful management in large, complex and dynamic businesses, international experience would be very helpful.
? Ideal candidates will have advanced MS Excel and strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills
? Previous experience of working with financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics etc would be a benefit.
? Knowledge or fluency in a language such as French, German or Spanish would be highly advantageous but not necessary.
