An interesting iopportunity has arisen for a Compliance Monitoring professional to join one of our clients based in South Wale.

? Support the Senior Compliance Manager

? Conduct a review of the line 1 monitoring plans and outputs

? Conduct a sample check of the front line call monitoring activity to ensure consistency of outcomes

? Conduct a monthly review of complaint assessments and testing

? Ensure RCA findings (especially complaints) are incorporated into the BAU process

? Ensure any outputs or findings have been incorporated and implemented by the business

? Review Business partner activity incorporating; incentives, training and the output of any reviews

? Conduct a scheduled plan of thematic reviews across the business

? Conduct any risk based reviews as required throughout the year
