Aim of the role:
• The success candidate will be responsible for analysing and producing insightful information to ensure ROI, visibility on all site features, supporting decisions on improvements and support continued growth.

Role:
• You will need to be skilled at analysing and producing insightful information
• You will provide accurate and timely management information
• You will work closely with the heads of departments to recommended improvements and ensure efficiency
• Implement and improve website tagging processes
• Provide insights into online customer behaviour
• Analysis of customer journey
• The successful candidate will manage and maintain the web analytics implementation
• Consistent tracking, analysis and reporting
• Drive volume and efficiency by working with the relevant teams
• Identify trends and insights
• Manage implementation and analysis of online experiments
• Ensure data consistency across different data stores – working alongside relevant specialists
• Provide support and guidance to wider team on google analytics
• Assist with the development of attribution model to understand end-to-end customer journey
• Ensure that marketing can be tracked through both online and offline conversion
• Assist with QA of creative and4 functional tagging through the site

Essentials:
• Expert using Google Analytics, including – filters, goals and dashboards
• Strong customer and marketing experience
• Very analytical
• Experience working in an online environment
• Ability to derive insights from complex data
• Can provide evidence of successful delivery of data driven web analysis
• Experience making web improvements and recommendations
• Experience using Tableau
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Up to stay with all the latest trends and developments
• Understanding of heat mapping tools/ session replay
• Knowledge of attribution models and/or tools
