Digital Marketing Analyst
£40,000 DOE

ECOM are proud to be working with a fast-moving, growing FTSE 250 company who offer a range of financial services.

Introducing an exciting new position to their growing team, working closely with multiple departments to track, measure and report on their digital activity. Based in Solihull, you will be working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to support business plans.

You will be responsible for training and mentoring the team in how to measure and analyse performance. You will also be accountable for measuring and monitoring web traffic, campaign performance and tracking across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. You will heavily use: Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

• Google Tag Manager
• Google Analytics
• A/B Testing
• AdWords
• DoubleClick
• User Experience
• Web User Experience tools
• 3 years experience in a similar role
• Naturally inquisition and articulate
• Commercially aware
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly analytical
• Strong insight skills
• Ideally an understanding of: UX and optimisation
