Interim HR BP – Operations

InterQuest Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our most prestigious clients who are an industry leader in their field across a global remit. The role is an interim role position based in their key site in Hannover

The is role is pivotal in managing the operational side of the HR function and would suit someone with previous experience in a similar role

Duties & Responsibilities
• Ensures customer focused HR service delivery excellence across the entire employee lifecycle
• Drives operational excellence, including the use of six sigma or other approaches across HR Operations cyclical activities, projects and programmes
• Overall management and responsibility for all aspects of Payroll, including new joiners, changes, ad-hoc queries and payments in a timely and efficient manner
• Fosters and maintains strong internal relationships with HR and the business across the organisation in order to deliver the appropriate level of HR support
• Provides support and guidance on ER issues to senior management level, both in everyday and specific cases
• Supports the implementation of ER plans, policies and practice to ensure employees engagement and monitors their communication and understanding within the organisation

Skills & Experience
• Previous skills and experience in a similar role
• Fluency in the German language, both spoken and written
• Ideal candidates will have proven experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations and Stakeholder Engagement
• The ability to deliver strategic approaches on an operational level
• Driven and enthusiastic approach, keen to be ‘hands on’ in their approach
