Customer Relations Manager

InterQuest Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our most successful not for profit organisations with the recruitment of a Customer Relations Manager based out of their brand new site in Thornbury near Bristol

The purpose of the role be the key sales and marketing individual and you will be responsible for the new client enquiry pipeline and its conversion into admissions supported by the internal Operations team, working to achieve set targets

Duties & Responsibilities
• responsible for the sales enquiry pipeline and conversion into assessments and admissions
• develop a key stakeholder list and follow the best practice principles to communicate and engage with the key stakeholder group
• Establish individual unique selling points and positioning within the local marketplace and feed this into the central marketing team
• Monitor and evaluate data relating to enquiries, conversion rates, time from agreement to admit to assessment to admission, fee rates, and further management information and produce management information reports accordingly at agreed weekly and monthly timescales
• Ensure a marketing checklist is completed for the site including establishing relationships and community events
• Develop and agree a local PR plan for the home with the PR and Communications Manager and deliver on its plans
• Liaise closely with regional colleagues and the central marketing team to ensure multi-channel marketing and public relations activity fully supports agreed sales targets

Skills & Experience
• Educated to degree level or with a customer service, sales or CIM qualification
• Commercially focused with strong analytical skills and evidence of working to and delivery of targets and KPIs
• Strong interpersonal skills with a wide group of stakeholders
• Clear, concise and impactful presentation and communication style on a one to one and large group basis.
• Experience of working with the media and others to achieve strong local PR
• Experience of completing financial assessments and contractual walkthroughs
• Self-motivated and target driven. Can organise and manage effectively own workload and priorities
• An interest in elderly people and their care would be a distinct advantage
• Experience of coordinating projects, events or activities with proven negotiation and influencing skills to support positive change with colleagues
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and technology literate
