Product Reporting Specialist

Up to £40,000 - Henley - 12 mth FTC

InterQuest Recruitment are proud to be supporting the recruitment of a Product Reporting Specialist for one of our most valued clients, a leading name within the finance industry.

The Role:

To maintain the highest standard of product reporting for our client including responsibility for the administration of fund factsheets, Key Investor Information Documents (KIID) and other regular product reporting outputs covering all our clients fund ranges domiciled in the EMEA region.

Prepare the monthly and quarterly fund factsheets and regular and adhoc KIID production. Coordinate the information flow between relevant parties incl. Product Development, Compliance, Legal, Marketing and Fund Accounting to effectively distribute accurate documents within prescribed deadlines.

Maintain accurate text database (Investment Objectives, Risks, Fund charges. Disclaimers etc in our clients document production platform in accordance with company procedures.

Act as interface with business areas and verify/ action instructions/ amendments via email in a timely and accurate fashion. Support and develop good working relationships with Global teams as appropriate, ensuring clear and accurate communication and minimal errors.

Work with external vendor for document translation and updates of foreign language documents.

Ensure that the Team Leader/Manager are kept aware of all significant matters and that complaints, breaches and incidents are recorded within required deadlines.

Identify system functionality and process improvements to eliminate manual solutions and workarounds, whilst promoting a scalable support model.

Document procedures and implement greater controls around reporting processes and data usage.

Maintain appropriate compliance standards and adhere to company guidelines and controls.

Understand evolving client needs and meet growing industry and regulatory requirements.

Develop the required product, system, process, business and industry knowledge and share with colleagues.

Contribute to any local or global sales/marketing support activities and project work, as deemed appropriate.


You:

Previous experience of the financial services industry would be beneficial; However candidates with a keen interest and looking for exposure to a Global Asset Manager would be considered
Understanding of the asset management industry
Understanding of regulatory requirements and deadlines
Equally anyone with an interest to learn these requirements would be desirable
