HR Performance Coordinator
Six months
Circa £200 per day - DOE

InterQuest Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our most valued clients with the recruitment of a HR Performance Coordinator to be based in their Head Office site.

Responsibilities
•Workday performance module – helping to manage the 2017 end of year review process on Workday and being the first points of contact for all myHR tickets raised during the review period.
•Downloading and distributing, as needed, key reports and data during the review period
•Communicating and sharing with key stakeholders in compensation and benefits / finance / wider HR function relevant information to assist in completing the end of year reviews
•Supporting the key performance touch points - developing communications, creating and managing the timetable
•Supporting the work of the performance squad as part of the wider People Enablers to develop, communicate and implement the agreed solutions


Skills
•Analytical mind-set – able to digest and analyse a wide range of data from multiple sources
•High attention to detail and a team player with a flexible approach
•Able to plan, organise and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
•Strong delivery mind-set – takes ownership, delivers projects & processes on time and to a high standard
•Highly collaborative – builds relationships and seeks input from range of stakeholders
•Able to work sensitively across different cultures
•Advanced excel/PowerPoint skills and highly systems literate – experience of Workday desirable but not essential as training will be given
•Previous experience of working in a performance/ HR analytics team or centre of excellence desirable
