Sales and Marketing Campaign Manager

Up to £35,000 DOE

ECOM are proud to be working with a global pharmaceuticals and medical organisation. Due to growth within the business they are introducing a new position to the organisation – Sales and Marketing Campaign Manager. This candidate will take responsibility for driving marketing campaigns and generating leads for the Business Development Team.

The successful candidate will be working within a strong global marketing team of 15 and will be responsible for assisting with the development of targeted campaigns, following them up them with contact plans, delivering on the contact plan and feeding back on response and success rates. This position is a lead generation position that involves contacting prospective customers, qualifying their interest, and passing them to an outside sales executive (leads generated from your marketing campaigns).

• You will be working very closely with the Head of Business Development and Head of Marketing to develop strategies to drive sales
• Developing relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Identify, develop and qualify business sales opportunities
• Qualifying leads gained through marketing activity and following through to close
• Guiding customers through the sales process from initial contact, creating
awareness of features and benefits of company solutions in target accounts all
the way to closing the sale
• Proactively selling products via the telephone and various digital means including email and using social selling tools including LinkedIn and other CRM Sales Platforms
• Maintaining the accuracy of comprehensive customer database, achieving targets of in excess of 95% data quality and recording all customer interactions
• Maintaining an excellent knowledge of services and their applications
• Use the businesses marketing automation platform

• Proactive candidate
• Experienced working at a strategic level
• Experienced working in a marketing / sales role
• Competent user of Google Analytics / reporting software
• Email marketing experience
• Social media experience
• Experienced using CRM platforms / database
• B2B experience would be desirable
• Good understanding of the sales process & a proven track record of delivering
sales to forecast.
