Financial Services Administrator

Circa £25,000 DOE

InterQuest Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our key clients in the Sevenoaks area supporting them with the recruitment of a Financial Services Administrator

The role is permanent and will be joining an established team providing support across a UK network of finance companies, partners and third parties, liaising with customers and working to provide excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Managing multiple customer finance deals simultaneously
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and financial providers across a UK network
• Offering customers the best options to support their financial requests
• Working to set targets and deadlines
• Adhering to FCA guidelines and regulations
• Negotiating with customers and clients daily

Skills & Experience
• Experience of working in a team in an office environment is essential
• Good negotiation/objection handling skills
• Knowledge of treating customers fairly (TCF)
• Awareness of current FCA regulations
• Good educational background with proficiency demonstrable in Maths and English
• Computer Literate, including MS office products and Email

Ideal candidates will be able to drive and have their own transport due to the office location and be able to commit to 37.5 hour week on a rotating shift basis.
