We’re looking for someone who understands this. Who understand how to translate social media to clients, providing insights & recommendations along the way.
If your technical knowledge around social is something you’d like continue to improve, using what you know to play a key part within new pitches and maintaining existing relationships; this is a path for you.

You would be sharing what you’ve learned to junior execs, providing them with mentorship as you carve your way to Senior Account Manager & further.

So really, this is a role for a professional serious about pushing towards Account Director. Within one of the UK’s longest running integrated Agencies, working alongside nationally recognised brands to add to your CV.

Personal Particulars:
• Digitally Aware – An understanding of how Social Media fits in amongst best digital marketing practices, across design, search & outreach.

• Strategic Minded – An awareness and insight into the key issues our clients look to overcome. With an ability to use this to lead the wider agency towards a common strategic direction.

• Client Focussed – Empathetic towards client needs, with the ability can translate these clearly across internal teams. Ensuring clients see continued ROI, making clear recommendations for optimisation.

• Team Player – With an infectious enthusiasm to work in collaboration across all teams within the agency; looking to learn from what each team has to offer.

• Articulate Communicator - overseeing all aspects of your client’s Social media strategy, making clear the approach they need to follow. Confidently facing clients to pitch, maintain relationships, report & translate results.

• A Natural Mentor – Someone driven to develop their own management skills. By taking juniors under your wing and sharing the knowledge you have gained so far.

• 2 years agency experience minimum
• Strong understanding of Social channels & behaviour
• An eye for quality content creation.
• Ability to use design software.
• Knowledge of Paid social platforms
• Ability to manage social communities
• Analytical – with an understanding reporting, digital performance metrics and capable of identifying marketing trends.
• An understanding of tagging and pixel-tracking is desirable.
• Experience using Google Analytics.
• Innate client management skills
• Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
