Permanent Part Time Customer Service Administrator
Circa £9,000 pro rata
Shift pattern – 16 hours over 4 days

InterQuest Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our most successful financial services clients based near to Sevenoaks in Kent supporting them with the recruitment of a Part Time Customer Service Administrator. This role is part of a team that ensures timely and accurate administration of the company’s products including direct liaison with external clients and customers over the telephone and by email correspondence.

• Candidates will ideally need to be able to drive and have their own transport due to client location

Duties & Responsibilities
• Check agreements received from external partners for accuracy and completeness
• Printing of letters and management of the post
• Manage and edit incoming customer deals and requests
• Completion of courtesy calls as required
• Keep electronic and paper filing in order at all times

Skills & Experience
• Experience of working in a team in an office environment
• Experience of liaising directly with customer on the telephone
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Good educational background with proficiency demonstrable in Maths and English
• Computer Literate, including MS office products and email
• Team player with an adaptable and flexible approach
