Team Administrator – Marketing & Operations

£18,000 – £22,000 DOE


InterQuest Solutions are delighted to working with one of our key clients to support with the recruitment of a Team Administrator based in the Head Office near to Sevenoaks

The role is a permanent position and will be working in a thriving team, supporting across Marketing and Operations.
Ideal candidates will need to drive and have their own transport due to location

Duties & Responsibilities will include;
• Supporting across company social media sites, including adding content and responding to queries
• Managing the reception function, coordinating deliveries and supplies
• Conducting market intelligence or research and website management
• Creating content for the staff newsletter
• Supporting across industry events including exhibitions and trade fairs
• General office administration

Skills & Experience
• Hardworking and flexible approach, able to take on further responsibility as required
• Confident and professional communicator, able to work well across all levels
• Solid computer skills and experience, proven knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint would be a real plus
• Keen eye for detail and able to proof read documents
• Previous experience and skills in copywriting would be a distinct advantage
