InterQuest Solutions are delighted to be working one of our most valued and successful clients supporting them with the recruitment of a Data Governance Process Owner based out of their London Head Office

Duties & Responsibilities

•Owns the Data Governance processes, ensuring on-going execution and integration of new business requirements into Data Harmonisation, Master Data Management and Data Quality Management programmes.
•Working closely with process owners, drives harmonisation of data, understanding of data definitions and compliance to data standard throughout the business
•Supports the continuous evolution of new Ricoh businesses and offerings, with regards to data and information requirements.
•Through project management, organised application data changes related activities, data conversion / cleansing activities and any data related projects, to ensure that the European business strategy is realised
•Process Improvement, Design & Build, Applications Support, Shared Service Centres and Process owners, supports cross-process and end-to-end project activities, allocation of resource and expert knowledge

Skills & Experience

•Ideal candidates will have Lean Six Sigma experience and knowledge and willingness to pursue certification
•You will be an experienced project manager, well versed in relevant methodologies and approaches
•Previous experience of Business and Systems Process design will be a distinct advantage, with proven knowledge of having undertaken and led process design or re-design initiatives
•Ideal candidates will also have previous knowledge of business case construction – requirements, benefits and costs associated
•You will be a strong communicator and influencer and able to achieve business objectives with both technical and non-technical audiences
