Benefits Administrator - Part Time

Henley - £34,000 pro rata - Take home salary £25,000 - Rolling Contract - Intial 3 months

Hours - 2 and half days - Wednesday Half Day and Thursday/Friday Full Days

Interquest Solutions are proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of most valued clients a leading name in the finance industry.

The Role:

Email management
Attending meetings
Organising wellbeing events
Employee queries
Data base and spreadsheet input for pay roll data (copy and paste mainly) and working with the wider HR team.

You:

Having a HR, Benefits or compensations background would be a bonus but not at all essential. In essence we're looking for someone with really strong PA/admin/Customer service type skills and the client is happy to train you on the rest.
If you're a Bookkeeper or PA that would be ideal as you will need to have excellent maths and English skills.
Use of generic database systems would be great and basic excel and Microsoft skills is also needed.
