UX Researcher

A leading bank in Manchester are currently looking to add to their UX team.

The business is going through a large transformation and growth period making this a great opportunity to have an impact on the business and provide guidance on the research process.

As the UX Researcher, you’d be working alongside UX researchers and designers on several projects including mobile apps and internet banking.

You’d be conducting usability research and user testing, creating personas and presenting your findings to the team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include
- Quantitative & qualitative research
- User testing
- Stakeholder management
- Prototype testing
- Requirements gathering

A financial background and between 2 to 3 years’ experience would be desirable although this is not essential as long as you have digital experience and a portfolio to showcase your work.
