ECOM are working with an International software brand at implementation stage of a new CRM system. During this time of change they require an experienced, hands on manager to support and provide advice on the possible solutions. The role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate technology into their own environment.

This role comes with an excellent opportuity to progress into a consultancy role, working alongside 2 Functional Consultants you will be given the opportunity to work closely with them on a daily basis making recommendations and being part of the decision making processes.


- Understanding of SAP C4C/Hybris Marketing best practice development methods and standards
- The ability to demonstrate excellent communications skills, both written and Verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to iteratively demonstrate the capabilities and features of the system as it is being built.
- A good time manager with the ability to work to deadlines
- Detailed knowledge of business requirements and solutions in the focus area.


- Responsible for the overall development and execution of CRM strategy to welcome new prospects, re-activate those not taken up or previously declined, drive repeat purchase and referrals and to maximise life time value from every customer.
- End to end responsibility for the delivery and development of all CRM campaigns through all existing channels: EM, DM, SMS, OB & seeking opportunities to utilise new channels.
- Manage the end to end customer communication strategy ensuring all comms delivers 'on brand’ engagement.
- Work closely with digital, brand and the product team to co-ordinate promotional messaging and customer experience and engagement across the business.
- Analyse the current business processes and scenarios and recommend/develop solutions to meet the business need
- Document future business processes as the result of the as is mapping and associated gap analysis
- Acts as liaison with country teams for troubleshooting: investigate, analysing, and solve software problems and map business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organisation and adhere to organisational standards
- Provide detailed transactional information to internal and external auditors as required
