ECOM are proud to be working with a UK household name in financial services who are currently looking for a Digital Content Lead to join the team. Our client has won a number of prestigious awards and prides themselves on being an ethical business.
We are searching for a content superstar to join the team on a 12 months FTC to manage the businesses digital services with a heavy focus on customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score.

? Manage all of the digital content for the service area of the business.
? Managing a small team.
? You will be responsible for the optimisation of the customer’s digital interactions across different platforms such as mobile, tablet and desktop.
? You will need to develop business cases to help with the improvement of the digital service offering.
? You will need to stay up to date with all the latest trends and developments for digital services to ensure that you ensure best practice both internally and externally.
? Create relationships internally and externally with stakeholders to maintain and develop business processes, as well as bringing on board appropriate third parties.
? Support digital servicing at all times to ensure the best customer experience.
? Work closely with other areas of the business to ensure that digital services is an important aspect throughout and not just within the digital content team.
? Manage the Net Promoter Score for the business which includes reporting and suggesting and implementing changes.
? Complete Risk Control Self Assessments for the digital services so that you can identify and evaluate risks and associated controls.
? Evaluate and consider all risks associated with each decision.
? You will have the opportunity to present to SMT new ideas and digital services to improve customer experience.
? Create digital content strategies which will be discussed with SMT.

? You must have extensive experience of managing communications.
? Experience in implementing daily management via a content management system focusing on user-centred information architecture, design, usability and accessibility.
? Knowledgeable in managing intricate and competing priorities.
? Proactive.
? Consistently strive for improvement.
? Very strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
? Highly numerate and strong analytical skills. Needs to able to interpret data and act upon findings.
