Position: Content Marketing Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

A creative. A content architect. An individual who understands the full marketing mix from search to graphic design & what it takes to build those together as a successful content game plan.

My client, a digital agency based in the heart of Media City focussed on the content creation & inbound marketing of B2B businesses across the UK, seeks a confident manager of 5 years to take the reigns as Content Manager & grow the agencies overall strategy from the grassroots up.

Ideally, an established content manager looking to make a continued impression within Manchester’s agency scene, boosting your own profile further whilst supporting the client’s ambitions to continue their rapid development.

• A confident communicator who can liaise with all areas, seo, social, ppc, design & content teams to lead the overall strategy in a common direction.

• Develop & coordinate the inbound marketing campaigns & strategies of accounts.

• Outline content marketing strategies to meet the client’s needs & expectations following the understanding & identification their objectives, obstructions, & KPIs.

• Create & Manage content calendars in sync with relevant news, events, campaigns all accounts.

• Continuously be on the lookout for ways to grow further leads through networking & built relationships.

• Live and breathe content and understand that it’s the lynch pin of any campaign as it drive every other aspect of your campaign.

• Be just as comfortable at setting strategy as well as executing the details.

• Relevant degree or 3 experience in a strategy role.

• Proven ability defining & executing Inbound Marketing Strategies.

• In-depth understanding of Google Analytics as a marketing tool.

• Knowledge of best practises for CRM within content marketing.

• Ability to liaise with clients confidently – maintaining a position as main point of contact.

• Team player willing to get their hands dirty if necessary.

• Take pleasure leading, mentoring providing inspiration for your team.

• Experience collaborating alongside B2B clients.

• Extremely effective at communicating between departments, sharing creative thoughts,

• Ability to use analyse data & use to back up your decision making.

• Leading knowledge using marketing automation / blogging tools to continue generating traffic whilst supporting customer conversion &b retention.
