IT Support Manager

An opportunity is available to lead a small enthusiastic support team within a leading healthcare provider. Supporting staff in offices throughout the country, you will help shape the future of the organisation’s infrastructure.
The role will require you to be a confident communicator with people skills who can work in hands on role, troubleshooting and repairing IT equipment and networks.
The following technical skills are required:
• Experience of working in a Service Management environment
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange 2013, SQL, Group Policy and Microsoft Office
• Technical knowledge of networking including Firewalls/Routers, WAN and VPN’s
• Technical knowledge of VMWare
• Beneficial to have knowledge of Veeam Backup and Replication Software
• Beneficial to have knowledge of Barracuda & Draytek products
• Experience in diagnosing IT related issues
• Willing to travel and work out of hours where required
