Service Desk Analyst - Permanent - Reigate, Surrey - up to £35k base

We're looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide IT support or Service Management to the end-user community to ensure issues are resolved within SLA, and to liaise with 3rd party I.T. suppliers as needed. They are required to work to a shift pattern to cover necessary business requirements.

You'll be providing ServiceDesk Support to 1800 user base across 3 UK sites. Liaise with and support IT 3rd party suppliers which are key in supporting IT service and support in excess of 2000 devices including telephone handsets, desktop PCs, laptops, Wyse terminals, mobile devices, printers, scanners and audio visual equipment; approximately 300 server and desktop software applications.

You'll be the single point of contact for all end users in relation to IT Incidents and Service Requests and provide on-site support to end users and VIPs and support the resolution of these issues by 3rd party outsource providers. Manage a single Service Management process, such as but not limited to, Risk Management, Service Level Management, Asset and Configuration Management, Service Reporting, Capacity Management and hold ITIL Foundation qualification.
