Contract Technical Business Analyst - 12month assignment - who is experienced in full systems development.

The ideal candidate will be able to determine IT business requirements, be able to translate this into technical specifications, and be able to work with critical suppliers to help them understand and deliver change.

Experience of documenting Restful APIs and message contracts is essential.

You will be working on a highly complex, large scale, business critical project to improve the customer experience.

In addition will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to build and maintain fantastic working relationships with 3rd party suppliers and colleagues at all levels. You will have previous experience of collecting and documenting complex business and technical processes, both ‘As is’ and ‘To be’, and have knowledge of Lean, Agile, Scrum iterative development and incremental delivery
