InterQuest are currenlty hiring for an experienced Helpdesk Manager/Team Lead to join our successful IT solutions client based in Leeds to support and organise a very talented team of

You will be responsible for organising the team and resource, managing the team day to day in achieving objectives, and surpassing customer expectations as well as providing documentation and reporting to management.

Skills and Experience Required:-

• Strong knowledge of IT such as Microsoft, LAN, WAN and Processing Mapping (Essential)
• Strong Excel/Reporting skills
• Previous Team Lead/Management experience
• Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
