IQ Tech are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analysts (1st Line) to join our award winning services client based in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst / Help Desk Analyst to join the Services Desk Team based at our clients head office in Bradford.

The primary role is to provide first level support.
Skills Required:-

First Line Support experience
Service Desk environment
Excellent customer service skills
Experience of working in a customer focussed environment
Good technology skills and be competent in the use of Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
Strong decision making skills
Ability to prioritise and execute tasks
Call logging tools
Understanding of ITIL highly desirable
