I have a fantastic Permanent opportunity for a Business Intelligence Manager to be based in Leeds for a Global Marketing Agency.

You will be working within the Insight and Reporting Team.
The BI Manager will be responsible for the development of BI dashboards, analytics, and visualisations.
Work closely with internal colleagues to define metrics and key performance indicators.
The BI Manager will also be responsible for the creation and upkeep of dashboards and reports that reflect the business unit and client metrics and KPIs.

• Ensuring that all data management and analysis architecture are fit for purpose
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Developing and updating all processes required to deliver
• Planning and training of the end users in sales reporting tools
• Working with multiple clients within the business to identify opportunities to improve data management systems and processes taking the lead in delivering solutions
• Working closely with and managing external specialist agencies relevant to this field
• The business units point of contact and expert in CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Propose and develop innovative solution
• Stay current and up-to-date on relevant technologies

• SQL (minimum of 2 years’ experience)
• Visual Studio (minimum of 2 years’ experience)
• Advanced MS skills (Excel/Access/VBA/PowerPoint) is essential
• Salesforce development experience is desirable.
• Numerate, analytical, high attention to detail, able to prioritize
• Ability to combine strong analytical skills with business knowledge
• Excellence in planning and execution
• Ability to sell in concepts and gain by in from others at all levels.
• Experience with relational database structures, schemas, and architectures.
• Experienced in gathering reporting and analysis requirements, documenting the report specifications.
• Experience in creating good visual design and layout practices for reports and self-service dashboards
• Excellent problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills
• Have a strong eye for data quality
• Ability to develop and evolve long-term strategies while driving tactical projects
• Strong communication skills and presenter
• A self-motivated individual; a good team player
• Takes accountability and ownership of his/her work
