Essential experience within a second line support environment of:

Microsoft
O365
Windows 7
Active Directory
Client Device builds (laptop, desktop)
Smartphones/tablets (iPhones, iPads)
Able to spot and diagnose technical faults
Able to communicate to non-technica business members

Experience of Lotus Notes and Microsoft Server 2008/2012
