Client Services Manager - Marketing/Technology/Direct Mail/Marketing Print

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our most prestigious clients in the marketing solutions sector who are looking for a Client Services Manager to join their team in Swindon on a permanent basis. You will play a key part in supporting the management of a large client account across multiple service provisions covering Technology, Email, SMS, Transactional and Direct Mail, Marketing Print and Studio. Key areas of responsibility include: the delivery of operational and commercial targets, and ensuring a professional service delivery to the client.

Key areas of responsiblity:

Service delivery - driving service excellence, overseeing delivery of agreed service levels, quality standards and committed deadlines
Driving continuous improvement and innovation
Ensuring client projects ar resourced and managed effectively to deliver in time and on budget
Provide an effective point of escalation for operational issues and manage communication with the client throughout
Build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
Support delivery of the account budget and growth targets
Support the cliet director with contract governance and meetign all commercial and service obligations

Key skills and experience required:
Proven experience in a client management role preferably in the Marketing/Creative/Marketing technology arena
Experience of managing complex high value clients in a high pressure customer servie environment
Experience of P&L management
Team management experience
Excellent communication skills
