1st line Service Desk Analyst – 6 months Contract - Chester - £250 p/day

I need 1st line Service Desk Analysts for long term contracts in Chester, Cheshire ASAP.

You will be responsible for carrying out day to day tasks of the IT Service Desk function 1st line and will be taking calls, resolving issues and answering IT queries and you must have experience in delivering a high level of customer service, within an ITIL aligned environment.

You will have a Service Desk background, primarily 1st line support within an IT environment as the client won't consider anymore more senior than this.

There is the potential for Longer term contracts too
