My client provides ICT solutions in more than 100 countries globally, based in London they require an experienced Japanese speaking Helpdesk Engineer

Helpdesk Engineer - London - Network - Japanese - PC - Desktop

Job Responsibilities:
- Hands on Desktop Support skills - Network and PC implementation and optimisation
- Understand and detailed planning and designing for customer's network and PC
- Migration planning and execution- Support PC and Call Centre system
- 1st level troubleshooting with customers

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge and proficent in PC software like Microsoft WIN 7/8/10
- General knowledge and experience in PC Hardware, Cisco Switch/Router and Juniper Netscreen Products
- Japanese is MANDATORY
- Proven customer service experience
