Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Programme Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and career driven individual to join a dynamic Dublin based Project Management Office.
The primary function of this role is to manage complex ICT related projects for a wide, varied and attractive global customer base.
Based on the size of the project, the individual may need to manage a small team of project managers.
This role would suit a hardworking, flexible, results orientated individual who has experience delivering projects in a fast paced environment.
The candidate must have the ability to develop an intimate knowledge of the customer needs and to manage customer escalations in a professional and timely manner.

The successful individual will be responsible for:
• Data gathering of customer requirements
• Leading project calls
• Liaising with engineers to complete the site design
• Monitoring the hardware order and delivery process
• Managing resource assignment to projects to ensure the required resources (both internal and external through our partner network) are available at the right time to support project execution
• Managing the site documentation
• Managing the site P&L
• Effective management of, and communication to, the project stakeholders, and ensuring proper structures are in place to facilitate communication between delivery teams and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with customer’s Programme Lead in order to influence customer behaviour and plans moving forward
• Managing project delivery scope and budget, working with business stakeholders to prepare delivery plans, continuously tracking and reporting on progress against plan
• Managing customer expectations and maintaining relationships
• Handover to operations

Requirement:
• Ten years’ experience delivering complex ICT projects, experience in a global environment is preferable
• Excellent customer service and communication (both oral and written) skills
• Commercially aware
• Strong operational, business and IT management skills
• Ability to define project management processes
• Excellent team building and people management skills
• Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the capability of producing professional documents
• Accreditation in recognised project management methods is preferable
• Third level qualification in Engineering, Information Technology or Business Information Systems is desirable
